Co-founders
Warren Cook is co-founder of Maine Network Partners, and active in a number of working networks. He has had an extensive leadership career in business that includes serving as CEO and General Manager of Saddleback Mountain; president of JAX Research Systems; and Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation Resort of Maine. In addition, he is a committed community leader, and serves as trustee of the Skowhegan School of Painting & Sculpture and The South Solon Meeting House. In addition to being co-founder of Common Good Ventures, Warren has held leadership positions on the boards of the Maine Community Foundation, the Maine Seacoast Missionary Society, Franklin Memorial Hospital, Carrabassett Valley Academy and the Holderness School in New Hampshire. Bo Norris is the founding chair of the Environmental Funders Network. He is currently a board member of the Maine Philanthropy Center, Common Good Ventures, Cape Elizabeth Education Foundation, and the Maine Wilderness Guides Organization. As project coordinator for the Northern Forest Center, he helped create a production network of existing nature-based tourism initiatives. Bo has also served as the associate director of philanthropy for the Maine Chapter of The Nature Conservancy and was co-founder and president of Borealis Yurts. He has worked as an economic development Peace Corps Volunteer in Jamaica and currently serves on the board of directors of Lennox International, Inc. a global designer, manufacturer and marketer of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
